Guildwood is one of the top community tennis clubs in Scarborough and is one of the five clubs with four or more courts. It is one of the largest clubs in Scarborough and has a dedicated group of volunteers. Our courts are open for the outdoor tennis season, typically April to November each year. All players shall dress and present themselves for play, from the moment they enter the court, in proper tennis attire includes collared tennis tops, proper tennis shorts, skirts or dresses, as well as approved tennis shoes.

New members are important to our club. It is not always easy to become part of the "old" crowd. A special effort will be made to welcome and to integrate new members into the club. New members who are also new to tennis will be provided with specific programs including free lessons, round  robins and other events.

New members soon meet and make friends with other players in the club by participating in club events. Click here to join our club.

"Did you know that Ontario has the lowest average age in Canada to get our players exposed to tennis (12.6).  Let's all work hard to get this first exposure at an even earlier age!"
